"For my students to see me actively involved and living up to what I was saying, was enough for many to get on board. When CF Fitness implemented a reward for students who demonstrate a safe, healthy playground during activities it was a big plus. Students that are active in the program, are leading by example. They are active in school, eating properly, and talking to their classmates. Even though many students are still bringing in the junk food, more and more are eliminating it during school hours. The fun fitness stars has got their classes to be active and motivated at lunch. They have just begun working together to create that environment throughout the school. There are community leaders, parents and staff members all on board with the program. 'Keep up the great work CF Fitness'."
